The following General Terms and Conditions apply to rental contracts for The Consorts Hotels & Resorts and further services and deliveries provided by The Consorts Hotels & Resorts (hereinafter referred to as the “Hotel”) for the client.
Subletting and re-letting the rooms and their use for any purpose other than accommodation requires the hotel’s written consent.
The client’s contrary conditions shall only apply before the written agreement.
