General Terms & Conditions

  • The following General Terms and Conditions apply to rental contracts for The Consorts Hotels & Resorts and further services and deliveries provided by The Consorts Hotels & Resorts (hereinafter referred to as the "Hotel") for the client.
  • Subletting and re-letting the rooms and their use for any purpose other than accommodation requires the hotel's written consent.
  • The client's contrary conditions shall only apply before the written agreement.
  • The entire stay, including any additional charges, must be settled upon check-in. We accept cash, credit cards, and bank transfers as payment methods.
  • The client must pay the valid price to use the room and additional services, as contracted. These conditions also apply to the hotel's services and expenses towards the third arranged by the client.
  • The Consorts Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to adjust prices if the client requires later amendments regarding the contracted number of rooms, hotel services, or length of stay, and the hotel agrees.
  • Check-in time is 14:00 hours, and check-out time is 12:00 hours.
  • Early morning arrivals before 12:00 hours will be booked from the previous night and charged accordingly.
  • Cancellation/amendment within 48 hours is subject to a one-night charge.
  • In case of a no-show, first-night room charges will apply.
  • In case of early departure, the room will be charged for the entire stay.
  • In case of any unforeseen circumstances like landsliding, road closure, flight cancellation or any natural disaster that have prevented you from travelling as planned, in accordance with our company policies, payments made for bookings are non-refundable. However, as a gesture of goodwill, we will hold your credit amount to be adjusted against any future bookings for a period of one year from the original booking date.
  • Outside food is not allowed.
  • Third-party credit card payment is not acceptable as per the regulations of the State Bank of Pakistan.
  • A physical credit card is required to make payments from your credit card.
  • Non-guaranteed room reservations will be held 24 hours before arrival; later rooms will be subject to availability.
  • The Consorts Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who violates hotel policies or behaves in a manner deemed disruptive or harmful to other guests or hotel staff. We may modify these terms and conditions without prior notice. By making a reservation and staying at The Consorts Hotels & Resorts, guests agree to abide by these terms and conditions.   • The Consorts Hotels & Resorts requests our valued guests to maintain discipline within the hotel premises.
  • The Consorts Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who violates hotel policies or behaves in a manner deemed disruptive or harmful to other guests or hotel staff.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused to the hotel property during their stay. The Consorts Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to charge the guests for damages or losses.
  • The guests are requested to take care of their belongings. The Consorts Hotels & Resorts will not be held responsible if the guest has lost his belongings.
  • The Consorts Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to modify or update the payment policy without prior notice.
